I have used several print-on-demand suppliers for t-shirt and accessory printing and Threadless is the only one that carries long sleeve kids shirts so I decided to have them print my alphabet shirts and accessories.

We want to be sure you’re satisfied with your order, which was custom made especially for you. If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or it isn’t what you expected for any reason, the Artist Shop Customer Support team will gladly replace or exchange any items from your order within 60 days free of charge. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or give us a shout At  Shop.support@threadless.com.  Be sure to include pictures of your product, along with your feedback.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it! As long as your order hasn’t printed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

Send a message to the Shop Support team to cancel or make changes to your order. We can update your address (as long as it is in the same country), change a size, or remove an item. For any other changes, it is best to ask for your order to be canceled so you can place a new one.

Depending on demand, we can’t guarantee these requests, but we promise we will try our hardest. We  are only able to change or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is printed. Be sure to include details about the changes  needed to be made – order number, your new address, size, shirt design, etc.
