Rutilated Quartz and Copper Pendant 3

This small Rutilated Quartz pendant is framed with thick hammered raw square copper wire. Thin copper wire secures the frame and holds a tiny bronze colored bead at the bottom. The quartz stone is a faceted, teardrop shape with golden rutiles creating a sort of standing wave inside the clear quartz crystal. Golden Rutilated Quartz is a high energy stone that has a happy and yet focused vibe to it. The pendant height is 1-3/8″ and the width is slightly more than 5/8″. The bail is large enough to make switching out cords and chains very easy.

It comes with a choice of 16″, 18″, or 21″ cord or copper chain (you decide) that completes the boho look. The leather cord is 2mm smooth black leather and the metal chain is an alloy with a copper coating so it’s very strong. The copper chain will oxidize over time but can be easily cleaned with any jewelry polish or even a lemon juice (citric acid) wash. Either one comes with a lobster claw closure.

Since this pendant is made with raw copper wire, I ship it with a polishing pad so that you can buff the shine back as it naturally oxidizes. The polish pad can also be used on sterling silver. To keep the pendant from oxidizing you can store it in the small plastic bag it comes in.
